Important Information About School Jotter

School Jotter will no longer be used from January 2026

All future communications will be sent via Arbor

Parents and carers are encouraged to download and access Arbor as early as possible

We will provide reminders and support to help everyone transition smoothly
From January 2026, our school will be using the Arbor App as our main communication and information system, replacing School Jotter. Arbor will help us communicate more effectively with parents and carers and give you easy access to important information about your child and school life.
What Is Arbor?
Arbor is a secure, online school management and communication system used by schools across the UK. Parents and carers can access Arbor through a free mobile app or via a web browser.

Using the Arbor App, parents and carers will be able to:

Downloading the Arbor App
The Arbor App is free and available on most devices.
To download the app:

Visit the App Store (Apple) or Google Play Store (Android)

Search for “Arbor”

Download and install the app
Alternatively, Arbor can be accessed using a web browser at http://arbor-education.com
Logging In for the First Time
You will need to ensure that the school has your correct email address and contact details.
You will then receive an email from Arbor inviting you to set up your account.
To log in:

Click the link in the email from Arbor

Set a secure password

Log in using your email address
If you do not receive an email or experience any issues, please contact the school office for support.
Keeping Your Details Up to Date
It is essential that parents and carers keep their contact details up to date on Arbor. This includes:

Up-to-date information helps us contact you quickly and ensures you do not miss important messages.
