Diamond Wood Community Academy has a school uniform which all children are expected to wear. 

Children must take pride in their appearance. 

The School Uniform

• A red sweatshirt or cardigan with the school logo on

• A white polo shirt (logo optional)

• Grey skirt, pinafore or trousers

• Sensible black shoes 

• Black or white socks

• A suitable coat for the weather

Hairstyles

Children must not have hairstyles fitting the following descriptions:

• Lines shaved into the hair
• Patterns shaved into the hair
• Hairstyles which are extreme

Bags

• Book bag with the school logo on

• A draw string P.E. bag

   

During the warm weather the uniform in addition to the above would include:

• Gingham checked dress in red and white

• Grey shorts

PE Kit

• Navy shorts or tight fitting leggings 

• Plain white round neck t-shirt

• Track suit for outdoor PE

• Trainers

Please ensure that your child’s name is on all his/her clothes. 

Sweatshirts, cardigans and book bags can be purchased at the School Office.
